Subject:- STREAMLINING OF PROVINCIAL SELECTION BOARD (PSB) MEETINGS,
Dear Sir,
I am directed to refer to this Department’s letter of even No. dated 23.12.2021 on the subject noted above and to state that meeting of the Provincial Selection Board (PSB) is expected to be held in the month of December, 2024. The working papers (complete in all respects) for promotion to be placed before the PSB meeting may be furnished to this department well before the cut-off date i.e. 25.11.2024.
2. I am further directed to state that no working paper will be received/accepted after the above mentioned cut-off date. The concerned Administrative Department will be held responsible for any delay in submission of working papers and the resultant deprivation of any officer (s) from promotion/consideration. Moreover, working paper must be in accordance with the check list issued vide this Department letter No. SO(PSB)ED/1-25/2024/(1), dated 28.08.2024 please.
