Subject: SUBIMISSION OF LEAVE ENCASHMENT CASES IN LIEU OF LPR

Your attention is invited to this Directorate Memo No.17835-47/B-5, dated 26-06-2024. No.24592-601/B-5, dated 31-07-2024, No.27731-33/13-5. dated 20-08-2024, No.30019-30/B-S, dated 26-08-2024, No. 32289-95/B-5, dated 12-09-2024 and several WhatsApp messages regarding the submission of cases of leave encashment of L.P.R. on the given date and time i.e. 30.08-2024 and it was also requested that no case of leave encashment of LPR shall not be entertained until the production of explanation of the concerned Principal or concerned dealing official.
It is regretted to point out that even the lapse of considerable time, the cases of leave encashment of L.P.R. are continuously being sent to this Directorate without the desired explanation of the Principal and allied staff. You are directed that no case of leave encashment of LPR be sent to this Directorate until the requisite explanation is attached with the case, otherwise, the same will be issued in your favour.
