SUBJECT:             REQUEST FOR PROVISION OF DETAILED DRAWINGS, 3D AND ROUGH COST ESTIMATES OF 2 SCHOOLS (1 BOY +1 GIRL) FROM EACH DISTRICT FOR CONVERSION OF SCHOOLS INTO SCHOOL OF EMINENCE

                        I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to inform that The School Education Department has proposed a scheme titled “Establishment of School of Eminence Using Existing Infrastructure in 36-Districts” in ADP 2025-26. Under this initiative, one boys’ school and one girls’ school in each district is planned to be converted into School of Eminence. Salient features of this initiative have already been highlighted by the Competent Authority in various meetings.

2.                     I am further directed to request you to identify top-performing schools in each district and conduct a comprehensive analysis to determine their specific needs. Based on this analysis, you are requested to provide following information of each school by 10.06.2025:-

i.          Detailed drawings

ii.         3D

iii.        Rough Cost Estimates (Capital + Revenue separately)

3.                     The matter may kindly be given Top Priority, please.
