This notification addresses the eligibility criteria for candidates with specific degrees in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, and related disciplines. The decision to allow these degree holders to apply online for the said positions is subject to the outcome of ongoing legal proceedings in the Hon’ble High Court of Balochistan, as referenced in Constitution Petition Nos. 867/2022 and 898/2022. By including a range of qualifications such as MCS, MSc IT, BS, BSc, and BE in Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, and Software Engineering, the BPSC demonstrates its commitment to inclusivity and ensuring that candidates with diverse but relevant educational backgrounds have an equal opportunity to serve in the education sector. ADDENDUM
No. PSC/(RB)/2025/1100 :- It is notified for information of the candidates who intend to apply for the post of (IT) Teacher (B-17) (Male) in School Branch (Men’s Section) and (IT) Teacher (B-17) (Female) in School Branch (Women’s Section) of Secondary Education Department advertised vide this Commission’s Advertisement No.18/2024, that the following degree holders are provisionally allowed to apply online for the aforesaid posts subject to the decision by the Hon’ble High Court of Balochistan in Constitution Petition Nos.867/2022 and 898/2022.
1) Masters in Computer Science (MCS) at least in Second Division from HEC recognized University.
2) Masters in Information Technology (MSc.IT) at least in Second Division from HEC recognized University.
3) BS/BSc./B.E (16-Years Education at least in Second Division from HEC recognized University) in Computer Engineering.
4) BS/BSc./B.E (16-Years Education at least in Second Division from HEC recognized University) Computer Systems Engineering,
5) BS/BSc./B.E (16-Years Education at least in Second Division from HEC recognized University) in Computer Systems.
6) BS/BSc./B.E (16-Years Education at least in Second Division from HEC recognized University) in Software Engineering.
Note: This decision is confined only to the posts of (1T) Teacher (B-17) (Male) in School Branch (Men’s Section) and (IT) Teacher (B-17) (Female) in School Branch (Women’s Section) of Secondary Education Department advertised vide this Commission’s Consolidated Advertisement No.18/2024 and shall not be applicable to any ether post advertised by this Commission.
