SUBJECT: – ASSIGNING THE FIRST PRIORITY TO PAYMENT OF SALARY AND PENSION TO LOCAL COUNCILS EMPLOYEES
Attention is invited to Section 106(2) of Sindh Local Government Act, 2013 under which payment of salaries and pension has been assigned the first priority in order of preference.
You are therefore strictly directed to assign the first priority to the payment of salaries and pension with all enhancement sanctioned by the Finance Department Government of Sindh to the Local Councils employees while pre-Âauditing/passing the bills of the Local Councils.
