NOTIFICATION
In view of ongoing heavy rain in District Jamshoro and warnings / alert issued by the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Sindh regarding Heavy Rainfall — Wind / Thunderstorm from 27th August-2024 to 31st August-2024 and in pursuance of School Education and Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi, letter No. SO (GA) LHD / SE&LD / 2024 dated 28-08-2024, the 29th 30th and 31st August 2024 are declared as Public Holidays for all the Govemment and Private Educational Institutions of District Jamshoro.
Moreover, the Universities within the territorial limits of District Jamshoro are also advised to declare Public Holidays on above mentioned days in the best public interest.
