KPK Govt Issues Urgent Notice for Class-IV Posts Data Submission in Schools – DEOs Must Respond by May 26:
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Elementary and Secondary Education Department (E&SED) has issued a “Most Immediate” notification on 23rd May 2025, directing all District Education Officers (Male/Female) to urgently furnish the vacant Class-IV posts data in the prescribed format.
This action follows Standing Committee No. 26’s directives, which aim to address staffing shortages in public schools across the province. However, it was observed that several districts submitted incomplete or non-compliant data. The Finance Department’s format, previously shared on 30th August 2024, is to be strictly followed this time.
The deadline for submission to the Directress E&SE Peshawar is Monday, 26th May 2025, after which the data will be sent to the Finance Department for further processing. All DEOs have been asked to treat this task with the utmost urgency. Please find notification:

SUBJECT: DEMAND FOR THE VACANT POSTS OF CLASS-IV AS PER INSTRUCTIONS OF STANDING COMMITTEE No.26 FOR E&SE DEPARTMENT.
I am directed to refer to this Department’s letter of even no dated 19.05.2025 on the subject noted above and to state that the requisite information in the subject matter is required on the prescribed format of the Finance Department already circulated by this Department’s letter dated 30.08 2024 (copy enclosed). However, the most of the data furnished to this Department is not on the said prescribed format.
I am, therefore, directed to convey the instructions of the competent authority that all District Education Officers (M/F) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa shall be directed to provide the requisite data on the prescribed format to your office at the earliest. The same shall be provided to this Department by Monday i e. 26/05/2025 for onward submission to the Finance Department.
The matter may be treated as most urgent.
