KPK Government Initiates New Teacher Hiring Through UNICEF – Here’s the Official Update:
In an important move to strengthen the educational framework in underprivileged and remote areas, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued an official government notification regarding the hiring of teachers in collaboration with UNICEF. The notification, released by the Directorate of Elementary & Secondary Education, highlights the immediate need for recruitment in various Middle, High, and Higher Secondary Schools across 23 districts.
The initiative is aimed at addressing the shortage of qualified teaching staff and uplifting the quality of education in regions like Bajaur, Dir Upper, Khyber, Swat, Orakzai, and more. District Education Officers (both Male & Female) have been directed to submit school-wise lists of required teachers by Monday, May 21, 2025, without delay.
This effort, funded by UNICEF, shows a strong commitment to improving education accessibility and ensuring every child has a teacher in the classroom. Please find notification:
