Punjab Education Department Accelerates Promotion Process for BS-17 to BS-18 Officers:
In a recent development, the Directorate of Public Instruction (SE), Punjab, Lahore, has issued a critical notification regarding the promotion process of officers from BS-17 to BS-18. According to the notification, all District Education Officers (SE) in Punjab are required to submit fresh No Inquiry/No Punishment Certificates for both deferred and fresh promotion cases.
The directive applies to male officers with seniority numbers 01 to 1620 (deferred) and 1621 to 1985 (fresh cases), as well as female officers with seniority numbers 01 to 1115 (deferred) and 1116 to 1315 (fresh cases). The notification stresses the urgency of compliance, instructing concerned authorities to submit the required certificates within two days to avoid delays in the promotion process.

Please refer to the subject cited above.
I am directed to request you to provide fresh No Inquiry/No punishment Certificates regarding the promotion of officers from BS-17 to BS-18 with the name and official stamp of concerned issuing Authority i.e. DEO (SE) concerned for promotion to BS-18, Male Seniority No. 01 to 1620 (Deferred cases) and from 1621 to 1985 (Fresh cases) and female Seniority No. 01 to 1115 (Deferred cases) and from 1116 to 1315 (Fresh cases).
This may be treated as most urgent. Therefore you are directed to furnish/submit the same within two days positively to proceed further in the matter.
