BISE Multan Issues Urgent Notification for SSC 1st Annual Exam 2025:

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Multan has released an important notification regarding the SSC 1st Annual Exam 2025, scheduled to begin from March 4, 2025. A shortfall in supervisory staff has been reported, requiring immediate action to ensure the smooth conduct of examinations.

All Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, and Invigilators assigned by BISE Multan must ensure their presence at respective examination centers and banks on March 3, 2025, for Preparation Day. The notification also directs educational officers to monitor attendance, report absentees, and make necessary substitutions to maintain discipline during the exams.

SUBJECT:             URGENCY OF EXAM DUTIES AND MAKING UP THE DEFICIENCY OF SUPERVISORY STAFF FOR SMOOTH CONDUCT OF SSC 1ST ANNUAL EXAM, 2025

                              Reference subject cited above, the SSC 1st Annual Exam is going to be commenced w.e.f 4.3.2025 for which heavy shortfall of supervisory staff is being reported. All the Superintendents/ deputy Superintendents and invigilators appointed by the BISE Multan shall ensure their attendance on 03.03.2025 (Preparation Day) at the respective centers/ banks. In the existing scenario following instructions are hereby issued:-

1.            Get the compliance of BISE appointment orders and ensure the attendance of Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents & Invigilators of all the centers under your jurisdiction, list of centers is already conveyed.

2.            The list of Invigilators is present with Superintendents/ RI and you are required to ..prepare absconder list and report the absence of supervisory staff if any to the concerned authority as well as to this office for disciplinary proceedings under rules.

3.            You are authorized to make up the deficiency to run the centers as per available staff by making appropriate substitution under intimation to this office.

4.            You are authorized to depute your assistant education officers for collection of attendance data from the examination centers for quick reporting and response.

5.            No center should remain unattended and all the deficiencies be made up as an interim arrangement at the spot.

6.            As per directions of the Secretary School Education and Secretary Higher Education, the suitable supervisory staff from Govt. Primary, Elementary, Secondary, Higher Secondary Schools and Colleges whose relative candidates, school candidates, coached/ taught candidates are not appearing can be appointed. So, you being the mobile inspector of the board and on the behalf of undersigned make the interim and urgent arrangement for smooth functioning of examination centers.
