The aforesaid omission has rendered this rebate taxable for the tax year 2023 onwar. 3.                     In light of the above, it is hereby directed that the rebate mentioned above be immediately discontinued. However, no recovery shall be initiated at this time, as the government is considering corrective measures to reinstate the rebate within the current financial year.
