Seniority Rules Violations Lead to Overhaul in Dadu Promotions Process:
The Directorate of Schools Education, Primary Hyderabad Region, has recently issued a crucial notification addressing significant irregularities in the promotion process of clerical staff in District Dadu. This decision arises from detailed scrutiny and appeals received against the existing Seniority List, which revealed procedural lapses, non-compliance with prescribed seniority rules, and discrepancies in the documentation of promotion cases. The notification highlights the failure to upload and maintain accurate Seniority Lists on the School Education and Literacy Department’s (SE&LD) official website, further complicating the transparency and fairness of the promotion process.
Moreover, the promotion cases proposed exceeded the available vacancies, adding to the irregularities. In light of these findings, the Directorate’s Promotion Order dated January 2, 2025, has been withdrawn to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations. This step reflects the Directorate’s commitment to fostering merit-based practices, maintaining accountability, and promoting equitable opportunities within the education sector.
