Matriculation Category Screening Test For The Posts in BPS-05 to BPS-15

LAST DATE TO APPLY 8^th April 2025

Government of Sindh Intends to fill the vacant posts of BPS-05 to BPS-15 requiring qualification of matriculation as per Recruitment Rules in all the departments. The Initial screening tests will be conducted by the SIBA Testing Services (STS) as per following criteria approved by the Provincial Cabinet on 24-12-2019.

1.            The cut-off percentage for passing the test shall be 40%

2.            The test result shall be valid for three (03) years.

3.            The Interviews will be conducted by the concerned Departmental Selection Committees specified under Rule-5 (1) of Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1974 Inserted vide Notification No. SORI(SGA&CD) 3-76/2019, DATED: 03-03-2020, already notified by the Government of Sindh.

4.            The tests shall be conducted at divisional headquarters

5.            Age requirements (Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years on closing date of applications).

Terms & Conditions

1. Interested candidates having domicile of Sindh Province may submit online applications at STS portal: http://apply.sts.net.pk
2. Candidates must upload following original scanned documents at the STS portal
3. Last Degree (not less than minimum qualification mentioned above)
4. CNIC, Domicile, PRC-D, recent photograph.
5. Candidates with disability are required to upload CNIC having wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.
6. After completing the online application, candidates can download a system-generated challan of Rs.1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only). The challan can be paid at any ABL Bank Ltd branch or via the MYABL app, Alternatively, candidates may use the 1BIII reference number to pay through the internet banking portal of any 1Bill-linked bank. (This fee is non-refundable)
7. Providing fictitious, exaggerated or misleading Information shall result in rejection of applications & can lead to termination of employment at any stage.
8. General Age Relaxation shall be applicable as per Government of Sindh rules.
9. The quotas for women, disabled persons, minorities, and transgenders shall be followed in accordance with Government of Sindh’s law/rules/policy.
10. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in tests
11. Eligible candidates who previously applied under the Matriculation Category (as announced in leading newspapers on October 31, 2021) do not need to reapply, as their applications will be automatically considered for this test.
12. The date, time & venue shall be Intimated later through SMS alert. Further, all updates and notifications about the test dates, admit slips, result announcements or any other information shall be uploaded on the STS website/portal as well. In this regard, candidates must visit the portal/website from time to time
