SUB: DIRECT INDUCTION AS SALES MANAGER ON ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION & FAST TRACK PROMOTION SCHEME FOR FIELD FORCE
In addition to a regular promotion scheme for field force already in place, Marketing Division on the intense desire of hard working field force have introduced Fast Track Promotion Scheme & Direct Induction as Sales Manager on academic qualification with some working experience on the following terms and conditions:
(A) Direct Induction as Sales Manager basis on Graduation Degree:
Candidates with a graduation degree and a minimum of two years of experience in Sales & Marketing from recognized sectors such as banks, media, or FMCG can apply. They must also recruit at least four willing Sales Representatives (SRs) and submit fresh proposals for each SR, along with an undertaking for full-time work as outlined below

2 | Work Experience | At least 2 (two) years Sales & Marketing experience from a well repudiated organization like Banks, Media Channels, Advertising Agencies, Pharma, Fast Moving Consumer Goods etc. |
3 | Associates (SRs) | The person being engaged as Sales Manager will be required to induct with him/her simultaneously at least 4 (Four) willing workers as Sales Representatives |
4 | Proposal Forms | Each SR should have at least 2 (two) fresh proposals of minimum Rs.30,000/- NFYP in aggregate. |
5 | Undertaking | Applicant and his incoming associates will submit undertaking _ that they will perform with State Life as a full time worker. |
(B) Fast Track Promotion Scheme on Extra Ordinary Business Performance:
This is for field workers already on roll with State Life with extra ordinary business performance as given below can apply for uplifting to their next higher cadres subject to fulfillment of following conditions:
From SR to SM:

I | Period of Association as SR | Minimum 90 (Ninety) days as on 31st December of the year |
2 | FYP | Double (200%) Annual FYP Quota of SM Cadre (Rs. 1,600,000/.) |
3 | 2nd Y. Persistency | At least 75% (where applicable) |
4 | Policies | At least 15 (Fifteen) new Policies on different live (Excluding Table 24 & 25) |
5 | Recruitment | At least 2 (two) NSRs must be introduced at the time of issuance of SM Code and each SR should have at least 2 (two) fresh Proposals of minimum Rs.30,000/- NFYP in aggregate. |
6 | Training | FC & MOSC. However, the concerned Zonal Head can allow the Field Worker to complete FC & MOSC within six months after the promotion. |
From SM to SSM:

3 | 2nd Y. Persistency | At least 75% (where applicable) |
4 | Associates as SM | At least 2 (two) SRs must qualify for promotion as SM (either through Regular to through Fast Track Promotion) from his/her organization or he/she may induct at least 2 (two) SMs directly from outside State Life in light of Marketing Division’s Circular dated 28th June, 2010. |
5 | No. of Policies | At least 30 (Thirty) new Policies on different live (Excluding Table 24 & 25) |
6 | Training | FC & MOSC. However, the concerned Zonal Head can allow the Field Worker to complete FC & MOSC within six months after the promotion. |
This scheme is approved by the CEO of State Life and aims to reward hardworking individuals with opportunities for accelerated growth based on both performance and qualifications.
