The latest order modifies a previous directive issued on 11th October 2024, restricting budget utilization to specific account heads. As per the competent authority’s decision, the Cluster Budget can now only be utilized under the following categories:✅ Reading & Writing Materials (A03970 – Others)✅ Pension, G.P Fund, Group Insurance, Benevolent Fund & Leave Encashment Any misuse of funds beyond these specified categories will result in disciplinary action against the responsible DDOs, Heads of Institutions, and Schools.
