I am directed to enclose herewith a copy of Court Order dated 05-12-2024 passed by Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Hyderabad in favor of Mr. Barkat Ali Rind Octroi (BPS-06) employee of Municipal Committee Johi on the subject noted above.
2. Your are hereby, directed to furnish the details / total incumbency of the post of Octroi Inspector in Local Council in Province of Sindh for further Up-gradation of the said post as per following proforma in the light of order of Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Hyderabad.
