This announcement applies to all provincial government offices across Balochistan, ensuring a balanced work schedule during the fasting month. As per the notification, different timing schedules will be followed for offices operating on a 5-day workweek and a 6-day workweek. The changes aim to accommodate employees who will be observing fasts during Ramazan while ensuring smooth government operations. For offices working five days a week, Monday to Thursday working hours will be 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, while Friday’s timings will be 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Meanwhile, offices with a six-day work schedule will operate from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, except on Fridays, which will be from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This directive is applicable to all government departments, administrative offices, and related authorities in Balochistan. All the Private Secretaries to Provincial Ministers/Advisors/Parliamentary Secretaries_ SUBJECT:             OFFICE TIMINGS DURING THE HOLY MONTH OF RAMAZAN, 2025.                               The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the following office timings shall be observed during the forthcoming Holy Month of Ramazan,2025 by all the Provincial Government Offices:- OFFICES WORKING ON 5-DAYS A WEEK Monday to Thursday 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM Friday 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM OFFICES WORKING ON 6-DAYS A WEEK Monday to Thursday and Saturday 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM Friday 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM 2.                           Therefore, it is requested to communicate the above decision to all concerned working under your control. 3.                          After the Holy month of Ramazan, office hours will stand reverted, to pre-Ramazan timings. Subject:          OFFICE TIMING DURING WINTER SEASON The Government of Balochistan is pleased to notify for general information of all the Administrative Departments and their subordinate offices to observe the following office timings during the Winter Season on 05-days working week basis w.e.f 15th October, 2024 to 14th April, 2025:- Monday-Thursday 08:30AM 04:00PM (with half hour lunch/prayer break from 01:30 PM to 02:00PM. Friday 08:30AM 03:30PM (with one hour lunch/Friday prayer break from 01:15 PM to 02:15PM. Saturday-Sunday Closed 2.                    The above decision will not be applicable on Hospitals and Educational Institutions i.e. Universities/Colleges/Schools.
