Punjab Government Launches Scholarships for Non-Muslim Students – Apply Before April 19, 2025:
The Department of Human Rights and Minority Affairs, Government of Punjab, has introduced educational scholarships for the academic year 2024-25 to support non-Muslim students pursuing education from Matriculation to PhD in government institutions within Punjab. This initiative aims to provide financial assistance to students enrolled in various educational programs, helping them achieve academic success.
Eligible students enrolled in government institutions (including Federal Government institutions within Punjab) can apply for scholarships under different categories. The scholarship amount varies based on the level of education, with professional education students (MBBS, Engineering, PhD, etc.) eligible for Rs. 100,000, and Matric/O-Level students eligible for Rs. 30,000.
Key Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a regular student at a government institution in Punjab.
- Students enrolled in distance learning programs, open universities, or virtual universities are not eligible.
- Applicants must have at least 40% marks in their last examination.
- The deadline for submission is April 19, 2025, at 12:00 midnight. Applications sent via post will not be accepted.

FOR EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS FOR NON -MUSLIM STUDENTS.
The Department of Human Rights and Minority Affairs has launched an educational scholarship for the year 25-2024 for the minority (non-Muslim) students of the matriculation-to-PhD, which is educated in the Punjab province, government educational institutions. The scholarships will be issued under the following course:
The non-Muslim students, who are regular students in any of the following educational programs in any government educational institution (including the Federal Government, in the boundaries of the Federal Government) in the limits of Punjab province, and have an effective domicile of Punjab, are eligible to apply for education according to the rest of the terms.

2. Students whose are getting education through Distance Learning Educational Programmes /Open Universities/Virtual Universities are not eligible.
3. Candidates should have 40% marks in last exam and continue students in universities/boards.
4. Last date of application submission is 19th April, 2025 till 12:00 midnight. Postal application will not entertain.
