General Terms and Conditions:

1. Contract Basis: The positions are offered specifically for the “CA4I” project of the Special Branch, Punjab.
2. Age Relaxation: Applicable as per the current Punjab Government policy.
3. Domicile: Only candidates with a Punjab domicile are eligible.
4. Post Specific: All positions are non-transferable.
5. No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for the interview.
6. Government Employees: Those already employed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel.
7. Experience Calculation: Relevant experience will be counted up to the last date of application submission.
8. Fake Documentation: Submission of fraudulent documents or concealment of information will result in disqualification.
9. HEC-Recognized Degrees: Only degrees from HEC-recognized institutions (or HEC-equivalent foreign institutions) will be accepted.
10. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews via email, SMS, or call.
11. Original Documents: Candidates must present original documents (attested by HEC) and a set of photocopies during the interview.
12. Vacancy Changes: The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased without prior notice.
13. Department Rights: The Department reserves the right to reject any application or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning a reason.
14. Separate Applications: Candidates must submit a separate application for each post they wish to apply for.
15. Final Decision: All decisions regarding recruitment, eligibility, and selection are final.
16. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete or late applications will be summarily rejected.
