Annual School Inspection 2024-25 Framework and Core Committee Details Announced:
The Directorate of School Education, Elementary, Secondary & Higher Secondary, Hyderabad Region, is committed to fostering quality education through effective governance and systematic evaluation processes. Recognizing the critical role that inspections play in enhancing academic standards, the Annual School Inspection 2024-25 has been scheduled to commence from January 20, 2025. This initiative is integral to ensuring curriculum alignment and assessing the learning environment in schools across the Hyderabad Region. All schools under the administrative control of this Directorate are included in the inspection framework, highlighting the department’s dedication to comprehensive coverage and equity in evaluation.
The inspection process has been carefully divided into two phases to optimize efficiency and thoroughness. In the first phase, designated teams from the Directorate will focus on Emerging Schools, ensuring these schools receive targeted attention. Simultaneously, teams under the respective District Education Officers (DEOs) will inspect all other schools, excluding Emerging Schools, to avoid overlap and streamline the process. DEOs are directed to meticulously plan their district-level inspection schedules and coordinate with the Directorate to ensure the seamless execution of this ambitious project. To ensure transparency, consistency, and efficiency, a Core Committee for Monitoring and Assistance has been constituted, comprising senior officials, subject specialists, and focal persons from the Directorate. This committee will oversee the inspection process at both the Directorate and district levels, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to the established framework. With this structured approach, the Directorate aims to uplift the educational landscape, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in schools. Notification Describes;

Subject :- Â Â Â Â Â CORE COMMITTEE FOR ANNUAL INSPECTION 2024-25.
              The Directorate of School Education has planned to commence the Annual Inspection 2024-25 from January 20, 2025. As inspection and assessment of learning are essential and integral parts of curriculum alignment, it has been planned to conduct inspection process in a systematic and scientific manner. This activity includes all schools under the administrative control of this Directorate. Therefore, it is expected that no school will be excluded from this process.
The activity has been divided into two phases. In the first phase, the teams from the Directorate will inspect Emerging Schools across all nine districts. Simultaneously, the remaining schools will be inspected by the teams of the respective districts under the administrative control of the DEOs. The DEOs are hereby advised to plan the inspection schedule for their districts and ensure the Emerging Schools are not included in their district-level inspection plans and share this directorate accordingly.
