Modernizing Teacher Transfers: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s E-Transfer Policy 2024 Review Meeting Announced:
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is actively working towards modernizing administrative processes within the education sector to enhance efficiency and transparency. In this regard, the Elementary & Secondary Education Department has scheduled a crucial meeting to review and assess the E-Transfer Policy 2024. The meeting, set for 29th January 2025 at 2:00 PM, will be chaired by the Additional Secretary (Establishment), E&SE Department, and will include key officials such as the Director EMIS, Additional Directors, District Education Officers, and IT specialists. The E-Transfer Policy is an essential step toward digitizing and streamlining the teacher transfer process, minimizing human intervention, and ensuring fairness in staff placements. This policy aims to address concerns related to teacher postings and transfers by introducing a transparent, merit-based system powered by digital solutions.
