Enclosed please find herewith a copy of letter of Govt. of the Punjab. School Education Department vide No. SO (G-II)Misc-2019 (Vol-I) dated 16.09.2024 & Finance Department’s Government of Punjab, vide letter No.SO(M-II)/1-2/2019/PAC Directives (Misc)/25065 dated 02.09.2024 both (copies Enclosed) on the subject cited above, wherein it has been directed that a number of Audit Paras, Advance Paras (SAP & Non SAP) & Printed Paras, Draft Paras, PAC Directive are lying pending in your District for the period of Pre-Devaluation and no up dated working Papers have been received from your end. Furthermore all those Audit Paras which were discussed in the DAC, SDAC / PAC meetings the compliance /directions of these Meetings have not been implemented in letter and spirit which shows inefficiency and negligence.
2.        You are requested to submit DAC / SDAC / PAC Directives according to mentioned below format.

4.        You are further directed to provide requisite information immediately please.
           It may be treated as Most Urgent / Top Priority.
