Subject: – ROVISIONAL SENIORITY LIST OF SSTS (GENERAL, SCIENCE, TECH) (MALE/FEMALE)
Reference to the subject cited above, the Director of Education (Schools) Balochistan Quetta issued the provisional seniority lists of SSTs (General, Science, Tech) (Male / Female) are issued vide M-10/1446-9/Promo/CR-Cell dated 23-04-2024 & No. M-10/1400-45/Promo/CR-Cell dated 23-04-2024 with the directions to display the same for perusal of incumbents and collect the queries in regard of errors / omission /objection if soy/so/this 30 days.
But it has been observed with great concern that the incumbents have not submit their queries through official channel i.e controlling officer and approached to irrelevant personals for addressing of their queries.
Therefore, you are hereby strictly directed to display the provisional seniority list on notice board of your office and depute an officer / official to collect queries and submit the same up to 31st August, 2024 through official letter, other than the official letter no query will be entertained in arty manner.
