Balochistan Education Department Addresses Merit List Complaints for Teacher Recruitment:

The Government of Balochistan, School Education Department, has issued an urgent directive regarding the complaints received against the merit lists and recommendations of the District Recruitment Committees (DRCs) for teaching staff vacancies (BPS-09 to BPS-15). This initiative ensures fair and transparent recruitment processes through the Complaint Redressal Committees (CRCs) at the divisional level.

The CRCs have been tasked with reviewing complaints related to the recruitment process, particularly those managed by Sardar Bahadur Khan Women’s University, Quetta. All concerned authorities, including commissioners, divisional directors, principals, and district education officers, have been directed to finalize and submit their recommendations within two working days.

Additionally, DRCs that have yet to conduct meetings regarding candidate complaints are urged to do so immediately and provide their reports to the department at the earliest.

SUBJECT:             MEETING OF CRCS AT THE DIVISIONAL LEVEL REGARDING COMPLAINTS RECEIVED AGAINST MERIT LIST/RECOMMENDATIONS MADE BY DISTRICT RECRUITMENT COMMITTEES (DRC) AGAINST THE VACANT POSTS OF TEACHING STAFF (BPS-09 TO BPS-15) IN SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT THROUGH BY SBK

                              The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject captioned above and to state that the Government of Balochistan, School Education Department has already notified a Complaint Redressal Committee (CRC) at the Divisional Level for redressal of genuine complaints of the candidates against the decisions / recommendations made by District Recruitment Committees (DRCs) against the advertised vacant posts of teaching staff (BPS-09 to 15) in School Education Department through Sardar Bahadur Khan – Women’s University, Quetta. The composition of the CRC is reproduced as under: –

  2. Divisional Director of Education (Schools) concerned                     Member
  3. Principals of the Degree Colleges (Male & Female) at Div; Hq     Member
  4. District Education Officer (DEO) of the concerned District             Member

2.                           The Complaint Redressal Committees (CRCs) that have already conducted their meetings for consideration of the complaints filed / registered by the aggrieved candidates against the decisions / recommendations of DRCS and have also finalized their recommendations are kindly requested to furnish their recommendations to this department within two (02) working days positively.

3.                           Furthermore, the DRCS that have not conducted the meetings for consideration of the complaints filed / registered by the aggrieved candidates against the decisions/recommendations of DRCS in their Offices are also hereby requested to hold such meetings within two (02) working days and subsequently furnish the finalized recommendations in respect of the aggrieved candidates to this department at the earliest.

4.                           The matter may be treated as most urgent & important.
