Balochistan Government Directs District Education Officers to Finalize SBK Recruitment within 7 Days–Official Notification Issued

Urgent Notice: SBK Recruitment Process to Be Completed Within 7 Days:

The Government of Balochistan has issued an important government notification regarding the SBK recruitment process for the education sector. The Directorate of Education (Schools), Balochistan, has strictly directed all District Education Officers (DEOs) to ensure the completion of the recruitment process within seven days following a high-level meeting held on February 7, 2025.

During the meeting, the Honorable Minister for Education, Ms. Rahila Hameed Khan Durrani, along with the Secretary School Education Department, reviewed the progress of the SBK recruitment process. Expressing serious concerns over the delays, they have instructed all concerned officials to finalize the hiring process in strict compliance with the directives and deficiency chart issued by the Directorate.

Failure to comply with this directive will result in strict disciplinary action under the Balochistan Employees Efficiency and Discipline Act (BEEDA) 2011. All District Education Officers (DEOs) must submit a compliance report to the Directorate without fail. Please find the notification:

SUBJECT:             INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING COMPLETION OF SBK RECRUITMENT PROCESS.

                              With reference to the subject cited above, it is stated that on 07.02.2025. a meeting was convened with the Honorable Minister for Education Balochistan and the Worthy Secretary School Education Department at PPIU, Civil Secretariat, Quetta. During the meeting, the progress of the SBK Recruitment Process was reviewed in detail. In this regard, the Honourable Minister for Education, Ms. Rahila Hameed Khan Durrani. expressed serious concern over the delays and has strictly directed the undersigned to communicate to all District Education Officers across Balochistan that the SBK Recruitment Process must be completed within seven (07) days positively.

                              The process should be finalized in strict accordance with the directives issued and the chart of deficiencies highlighted by this office. Any failure to comply with this direetives will lead to strict disciplinary action under BEEDA 2011.

                              You are, therefore, directed to ensure the completion of the process within the stipulated time and submit a compliance report to this Directorate without fail.
