Balochistan Civil Servants’ Rules Amended Following Supreme Court Judgment – Rule-12 Omitted:

The Government of Balochistan has issued a crucial notification regarding the amendment of the Balochistan Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion, and Transfer) Rules, 2009. No.S.O(R-I)5(13)1/S&GAD-2024/2605-2704.       In compliance with judgment of Hon’able Supreme Court of Pakistan in Civil Petition No. 3390 of 2021 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 25 of the Balochistan Civil Servants Act, 1974 (Act No. IX of 1974), the Government of Balochistan is pleased to omit Rule-12 of Balochistan Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 2009 with effect from 18-10-2024.
