Balochistan Govt Tightens Recruitment Rules for Teachers in Zhob Division:

The Office of the Commissioner, Zhob Division, has issued a strict directive to the District Education Officers (DEOs) of Zhob, Killa Saifullah, and Sherani regarding the recruitment of teachers in the Education Department.

As per the notification, the District Recruitment Committees (DRCs) have already recruited and recommended teachers under Contract and SBK categories. However, in response to complaints from aggrieved candidates, the Compliant Redressal Committee (CRC) has reviewed the recruitment process and issued official minutes on March 3, 2025.

To ensure transparency and merit-based recruitment, all DEOs have been instructed to strictly adhere to the government policy and the advertised vacancies. Additionally, all degrees submitted by recruited candidates must be verified through official channels. Any fake or bogus degrees will result in immediate disqualification, legal action, and a permanent ban on future government employment.

The Commissioner has directed strict compliance and ordered a detailed report on degree verification within two weeks. Notification Describes;

Recruitment of Teachers in the Education Department

                              You all know that under the Government of Balochistan direction, District Recruitment Committees on Education has recruited and recommended teachers under Contract and SBK categories. Furthermore, CRC, a divisional compliant redressal forum, has issued minutes on 3^rd March 2025 after hearing complaints of aggrieved candidates.

                              You are advised to be extra careful, vigilant and meticulous in executing decisions of the CRC, and do not deviate from the number of vacancies advertised and schools mentioned therein, and policy issued by the government. Furthermore, there were numerous complaints of fake/bogus/invalid degrees that must be verified through official channel and candidates who have submitted fake documents will not only lose their current job but may face legal action barring their future entry into the government service.

                              Prepare list of all candidates whose degrees/documents has been verified as fake/bogus and proceed according to law without exception. advertisement and detailed compliance report be submitted within two weeks. DCs as Charmain of DRCS are expected to be vigilant and attentive to ensure fairness, transparency and accountability.

Please update CRC in two weeks’ time.
