Subject:-Â Â Â Â Â Â NON-PAYMENT OF SALARIES WITHOUT WRITTEN CERTIFICATION OF DDOS.
The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that, under the implementation of the Hon’ble Chief Minister’s urgent reform initiatives to streamline the payroll mechanism and address anomalies related to unauthorized salary payments, it is imperative that such payments from departments, offices, bodies, boards, and institutions be discontinued immediately. The Competent Authority has also directed that payment of salaries be made after written certification of DDOs to the office of Accountant General Balochistan and the concerned District Accounts Offices on monthly basis.
2. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â In light of the above, it is requested to adhere to this directive in letter and spirit and direct all subordinate offices under your jurisdiction to ensure that no salary payments are made without the provision of a written certificate from the concerned DDO before processing the payroll for October 2024. Compliance with these instruction/ directive is of utmost priority. Failure to comply will result in the immediate suspension of salaries for non-verified employees.
The matter may be treated as most urgent /important.
