Subject:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â MONITORING PLAN FOR PHASE-I OF BISP REGULAR TRANCHE (April-June, 2024)
Disbursement of BISP, regular tranche @ Rs.10,500/ per UCT beneficiary, for the Quarter-IV (April-June, 2024), will commence tentatively w.e.f. Monday, 13th May, 2024 across the country. BISP intends to disburse payments through a detailed Retailer/ Point of Sales (POS) network as well as campsites.
2.      In this connection, officers/officials of Regional / Zonal / District Offices have been deputed by the management to ensure tranche monitoring and disbursement in a fair and transparent manner as per SOPS (Annex-I). The region wise detail of deputed staff is attached (Annex-111 for Punjab Region), (Annex-III for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Region), (Annex-IV for Islamabad), (Annex-V for AJK Region), (Annex-VI for GB region), (Annex-VU for Sindh Region) & (Annex-VIII for Baluchistan Region).
3.       The monitoring teams will submit monitoring report to Field Operations Section, CT Wing to present the same to DG (CT) on daily basis at 1700 hours sharp along with POS visited / Areas / Observations / Recommendations.
