Chief Executive Officer, DEA Lahore Announced Promotion Of Senior Clerks BS-14 To Assistant BS-16 And Adjusted/ Posted Against Vacant Posts-Notification

ORDER

No.3939/Admn-III.    In pursuance of promotion Policy 2010 issued by the Govt. of the Punjab S&GAD Department (Regulation Wing), and Consequent upon approval by the Departmental Promotion Committee in its meeting held on 29.06.2024 under the Chairmanship of the Chief Executive Officer (DEA) Lahore in his office chamber for promotion from Senior Clerk BS-14 to Assistant BS-16. The following Senior Clerks BS-14 arc hereby promoted as Assistant BS-16 and adjusted/posted against vacant posts mentioned against their names with immediate effect subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:-

Terms & conditions

1.           The promotion will be governed by such rules and regulations as may be issued/framed by Government of the Punjab, from time to time.

2.           They will be retained at their place of posting/joining for a minimum period of 3 years and no request for transfer/re-adjustment will be entertained.

3.           They will have to join at their place of posting within 15 days, failing which their promotion will deemed forgone.

4.           It they accept, the post under certain terms and conditions, they should take over the charge of their duties within 14-days from the date of issuance of this order failing which it will be presumed that he has forgone to accept the promotion and his promotion will automatically stand cancelled.

5.           In case of non-availability of vacant post, the promoters shall report to the undersigned within 02-days for further posting. If he does not report, it shall be assumed that he has foregone his pronation.

6.           No request for extension in joining period or re-adjustment will be entertained.

7.           There is no room for erratic/temporary/loan based/need based posting of any kind. In case of joining against irrelevant care/gender/category. The joining authority will be held responsible.

8.           No joining will be entertained by any joining authority without getting allowed who will allow after complete verification/certification of all service record / particulars.
