Major Directives Issued for School Renovation and Attendance Compliance in Sheikhupura:
The Chief Executive Officer (DEA) Sheikhupura has issued important instructions regarding the renovation of school buildings, attendance compliance, enrollment campaigns, and anti-dengue measures in all public schools across the district. This directive aims to improve school infrastructure, student enrollment, and overall operational efficiency in the education sector of Sheikhupura.
As per the issued guidelines, office timings from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM must be strictly followed, and officers are required to seek written permission before leaving their stations. Additionally, attendance records for both students and teachers must be updated daily through the School Information System (SIS).
The notification also emphasizes the renovation and beautification of school buildings, with daily progress reports supported by pictures. Tree plantation targets assigned by the Punjab School Education Department must be met, and anti-dengue SOPs should be implemented without any negligence.

SUBJECT: INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RENOVATION OF INSTITUTIONS
Reference to the subject cited above.
Following instructions are hereby issued for implementation in public schools of District Sheikhupura in true letter and spirit: –
1. Office timings i.e. 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM must be observed by all officers and all concerned staff employees. Officers will get permission in black and white before leaving the station/office from the undersigned for any official business and Officer will mark his/her status in attendance register on daily basis. Cell phones of all officers /officials must be on round the clock.
2. During morning assembly, all DEOs and DY. DEOs (Male & Female) Tehsil Sheikhupura will bring their attendance registers with them to check/observe the attendance of officials.
3. Progress of enrollment campaign, 2025 will be submitted, signed and stamped in morning assembly on daily basis on the prescribed format.
4. Necessary arrangements may also be made for the renovation of School buildings and beautification on war footed basis and submit prominent pictures accordingly on daily basis.
5. Anti-Dengue SOPs must be observed without any slackness.
6. Tree Plantation targets assigned by School Education Department, Punjab Lahore must be achieved and submit a detailed report school wise with pictures on daily basis.
7. Instructions issued from School Education Department as well as District Education Authority, Sheikhupura must be implemented without any negligence. All Government initiatives may also be completed within stipulated period and submit progress reports accordingly.
8. Teachers as well as student’s attendance must be marked on SIS on daily basis.
