SBK-Appointed Teachers in Quetta Directed to Collect Appointment Orders | Government Notification:
The Office of the District Education Officer (DEO) Quetta has officially issued a notice for all SBK-appointed teaching staff to collect their appointment orders starting from April 16, 2025, as per a schedule based on post category and gender. This step follows the recommendations of the District Recruitment Committee (DRC) and the approval from the Secretary of the School Education Department, Government of Balochistan.
Candidates must appear in person at the designated times, bringing along original academic/professional certificates, CNIC, domicile/local certificates, and one verified set of attested copies of each document. Additionally, a surety bond worth Rs. 100/- is mandatory, ensuring the appointee agrees not to apply for transfers, hold dual jobs, or participate in any objectionable or anti-state activities.

COLLECTION OF APPOINTMENT ORDERS
SUBJECT: UPDATION OF DENGUE HOTSPOTS ON DASHBORD
With prior approval of the competent authority, i.e., the Worthy Secretary School Education Department, GOB, and based on the recommendations of the DRC, this office has issued appointment orders for SBK candidates on 14th April, 2025. In this regard, you are directed to appear in person according to the following schedule to collect your appointment orders. You must bring all your original Academic and Professional Certificates, Local/Domicile Certificate, CNIC, and other relevant documents, along with one set of attested/verified copies of each document. You are also required to submit the document verification fee:-

Note:- You are directed to submit a surety bond on a stamp paper worth Rs. 100/-, which must clearly state the following:
1. You will not participate in any political, criminal, anti-state, or other objectionable activities against government instructions.
2. All your submitted documents are genuine and verified. If any disqualification, ambiguity, deception, or forgery is discovered at any stage, the School Education Department reserves the right to withdraw or terminate your contract appointment at any time and take legal action against you.
3. You will not apply for transfer.
4. You are not engaged in any dual employment.
