Subject: – REVISION OF RENTAL CEILINGS FOR HIRING OF RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION AT SIX SPECIFIED STATIONS i.e. ISLAMABAD, RAWALPINDI, LAHORE, KARACHI, PESHAWAR AND QUETTA.
         Kindly find enclose herewith Ministry of Housing & Works letter No. F. 4(8)/92-Policy dated 06th September, 2024 on subject cited above.
2. In this regard, you are hereby requested to conduct a comprehensive survey of the market rent rate of residential accommodations at your station and submit survey report/recommendations to this office by Tuesday, 10th September 2024 positively for onward submission to Ministry of Housing & Works.
3. This issues with the approval of Director General (Estate).
