MEETING NOTICE
Subject :- MEETING OF SUB-COMMITTEE ON RIGHTSIZING OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
A meeting of the Sub-Committee on Rightsizing of the Federal Government is scheduled to be held on 20th January, 2025 (Monday) at 11:00 am (Tentative time) in the Committee Room, 2nd Floor, Cabinet-Block, Islamabad to deliberate and discuss the following:
1. Budget.
2. Core business.
3. Working strength (Number of vacant and filled positions along with detail of posts abolished).
4. Recent major achievements.
5. Reasons for non-abolishment of Entity.
6. Justification for retaining the Entity.
7. How the Entity can be made more efficient?
8. Duplication of the core functions with other organizations.
2. It is, therefore, requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the meeting in person and provide the Brief along with a Presentation for the meeting covering the above-mentioned agenda items by today (17th January, 2025) by 03:00 am.
