Strict Ban on Teachers’ Deputation in Balochistan – Urgent Compliance Required:
The Government of Balochistan has taken a decisive step to address the ongoing teacher shortage in the province by imposing a complete ban on the deputation of teaching staff. The School Education Department has issued strict orders to all Divisional Directors and District Education Officers, emphasizing that no teaching staff should be spared for deputation to other organizations.
The decision comes after the Chief Minister of Balochistan expressed serious concerns regarding the acute shortage of teachers, which is directly affecting the quality of education in the province. The government has made it clear that filling these vacancies through recruitment is not currently feasible, making it imperative to retain all available teaching resources within the education system.
This notification serves as a final directive to education authorities, ensuring strict compliance with the ban. Any violations will be taken seriously by the higher authorities. Notification Describes;

Ensuring Quality Education in Balochistan – No More Deputation of Teachers:
The imposition of a complete ban on deputation of teaching staff is a crucial step towards improving the education system in Balochistan. With a severe shortage of qualified teachers, it has become necessary to retain existing resources within the province rather than allowing them to serve in other organizations.
This move by the Balochistan Government is expected to strengthen the education sector by ensuring that students have access to experienced and dedicated teachers. The decision also aligns with the government’s broader strategy to enhance educational standards and overcome staffing challenges in schools.
By implementing this policy, the authorities aim to prioritize the needs of students and maintain the integrity of the teaching workforce. Education officers and stakeholders must ensure full compliance with this directive for the greater good of Balochistan’s education system.
