In a significant announcement, the Government of Pakistan has officially declared Wednesday, February 5, 2025, as a public holiday across the country to observe Kashmir Solidarity Day. The decision, formalized through a Cabinet Division notification, underscores the nation’s unwavering support for the people of Indian-Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IOJK) in their ongoing struggle for self-determination.

Subject :- Declaration of Public Holiday on the Occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day
As notified vide Cabinet Division’s circular No.10-01/2024-Min-II dated 23″ December, 2024, Wednesday the 5 February 2025 shall be a public holiday throughout the country on the occasion of “Kashmir Solidarity Day.” A one minute silence shall be observed at 1000 hours across the country in honour of Kashmiri Martyrs.
