Provincial Level Dissemination Conference on LSA-2024: Key Findings & Recommendations:
The Government of Punjab, School Education Department (Section ER-I) has announced a Provincial Level Dissemination Conference to discuss the key findings and recommendations from the Sample-Based Large-Scale Assessment (LSA-2024) for Grades 2, 3, and 5. This important event, organized under the Punjab Examination Commission (PEC), is scheduled to take place on Friday, 31st January 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Quaid-e-Azam Academy for Educational Development (QAED), Wahdat Road, Lahore.
The conference will be chaired by the Worthy Secretary, Government of Punjab, School Education Department, and will serve as a platform for discussion on the educational performance of young students across the province. The purpose of this high-level meeting is to review assessment results, identify areas of improvement, and strategize reforms to enhance learning outcomes in primary education.
To ensure comprehensive participation, all Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of District Education Authorities (DEAs) from various districts of Punjab have been directed to attend. Additionally, they must ensure the presence of one District Education Officer (EE-Male or Female) and one Assistant Education Officer from their respective districts.
This initiative aims to strengthen Punjab’s education system, providing a data-driven approach to improving teaching methodologies, curriculum implementation, and student performance tracking. Notification Describes;
