Sindh Government Schedules Crucial Meeting on Service Structure Reforms:
The Government of Sindh’s Services, General Administration & Coordination Department (SGA&CD) has issued an official notification regarding an important Service Structure Committee meeting scheduled for February 20, 2025. This meeting, chaired by the Secretary (Services), will focus on key administrative and structural reforms, including the upgradation of teaching and administrative posts in multiple government departments.
The agenda includes discussions on restructuring the service structure for Primary School Teachers (PSTs), upgrading the post of Pesh Imam (BS-05), and revising designations within the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD). Additionally, several proposals for promotions and new post creations will be reviewed.

NOTICE
A meeting of Service Structure Committee constituted vide Notification No.SO(C-IV)/SGA&CD/4-43/2024 dated 29.07.2024, will be held on 20.02.2025 at 11:30 am, under the Chairmanship of the Secretary (Services), Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, in his Office at 1st Floor, New Sindh Secretariat Building No.1, Karachi.
2. The Committee shall discuss the following case:

| 1 | School Education & Literacy | Service Structure of PSTs. |
| 2 | Commissioner Karachi Division | Upgradation of the post of Pesh Imam (BS-05) in Karachi Division. |
| 3 | Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities | i. Up-gradations of (12) posts from BS-19 to BS- 20 and Creation of (05) posts in the DEPD. ii. Re-designation of Teachers / Instructors of RCMHC RCPH (DEPD) Region Karachi, Hyderabad, Shaheed Benazirabad, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur, Larkana. |
3. The following are requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting:-
i. Additional Secretary (S-I), SGA&CD Member
ii. Additional Secretary (Regulations), SGA&CD Member
iii. An Officer from Law Department (not below the rank of BS-18) Member
iv. An Officer from Finance Department (not below the rank of BS-18) Member
