Subject: INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING RECURITMENT/APPOINTMENT UNDER DECEASED, MEDICAL AND RETIRED SON’S QUOTA
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to enclose herewith a copy of letter No. BOV/FD/2-134/2024-25/NOC dated 12-08-2024 received from Section Officer (BO-V) Finance Department Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and to state that No Objection Certificate (NOC) in respect of recruitment / appointment under open, deceased, medical and retired son’s quota will be granted on case-to-case basis against the sanctioned vacant posts, during current financial year 2024-25.
2. I am further directed that the details may also be share to this Department for onward submission of the case to Finance Department for provision of NOC, on the following prescribed format:-
