KPK Government Issues Official Office Timings for Ramazan 2025:
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has officially released the revised office timings for Ramazan 1446 Hijri (March 2025). These new timings apply to all provincial government offices across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, ensuring a balanced work routine while allowing employees to observe their fasting and religious duties comfortably.
According to the official notification, government offices operating on a 5-day work week will function from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), with Friday’s hours set from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. For offices working six days a week, the new timings will be 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday to Thursday & Saturday), with Friday’s schedule remaining 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
This adjustment aims to enhance workplace efficiency while accommodating the needs of employees during the holy month of Ramazan. Citizens should also take note of these changes when planning official visits to government offices.

The Provincial Government is pleased to notify the following schedule of office-timings for observance by the Provincial Government Offices during the Holy month of Ramazan:
OFFICES WORKING ON 05-DAYS A WEEK
