Fact-Finding Committee to Investigate Recruitment Process in District Education Office – Official Notification Issued:
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary & Secondary Education Department has officially launched a fact-finding inquiry regarding appointments made in the District Education Office (Male & Female), Lakki Marwat during the tenure of the present government.
As per the official notification, a committee led by the Deputy Secretary (PPP) and Dr. Muhammad Idrees, Additional Director (P&D), Directorate of E&SE, Peshawar, has been appointed to conduct the inquiry. The team is scheduled to visit the District Education Office (Male & Female) on 20th February 2025.
All concerned officers and officials have been directed to appear before the inquiry committee along with relevant records at the office of the DEO (Male), Lakki Marwat, for further proceedings. This investigation aims to ensure transparency and fairness in government recruitment processes. Please find the official notification below:

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the undersigned along with Dr. Muhammad Idrees, Additional Director (P&D), Directorate of E&SE, Peshawar, have been nominated as inquiry officer to conduct fact finding inquiry into all kind of appointments of employees (BPS-01 to BPS-15) in District Education Office (Male & Female), Lakki Marwat, during the present government.
02.                       In this regard, you are hereby informed that the committee will visit DEO Office (Male & Female) on 20th February, 2025. You are, therefore, directed to appear before the committee along the relevant officers/officials and the record in the office of DEO (Male), Lakki Marwat, for further necessary action.
