Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department Shifts to Online Transfer Applications – Important Update:

The Health Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has introduced a mandatory online application system for transfers and postings of officers (BS-17 & above). This step is aimed at streamlining administrative procedures and ensuring a more efficient and transparent process.

According to the latest government notification, all officers seeking transfers or postings must now submit their applications online via the official portal: http://onlineapplication.healthkp.gov.pk. The submission of hard copy applications will no longer be accepted, making it essential for officers to comply with the new digital process.

This decision aligns with the KP government’s commitment to digital transformation, minimizing paperwork and enhancing processing speed. The concerned departments, including the Director General Health Services, PHSA Peshawar, and Drugs & Pharmacy Council, have been directed to disseminate this information to ensure compliance.

                              I am directed to the subject cited above and to state that, all officers of Health Department desired for posting/transfer may be instructed to apply online on this department’s website http://onlineapplciation.healthkp.gov.pk.

                              Furthermore, please note that submission of hard copy applications for this purpose will no longer be accepted. All applications must be submitted online as outlined above and ensure the dessimination of said instructions to all concerned, under intimation to this office, please.
