KPK Government Announces Special School Timings for Ramazan 2025:
The Directorate of Elementary & Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) has issued a new schedule for school timings during the holy month of Ramazan (March 2025). The revised timetable aims to accommodate fasting students and teachers while ensuring academic activities continue smoothly.
As per the notification, primary schools (Grade 1-5) will start at 7:30 AM and end at 11:10 AM, while middle, high, and higher secondary schools (Grade 6-12) will operate from 7:30 AM to 12:15 PM. The new schedule includes a dedicated Nazra-e-Quran session before regular classes and an adjusted break period. On Fridays, schools will close earlier, with primary schools ending at 10:05 AM and middle, high, and higher secondary schools at 10:25 AM after the fifth period.
This revised timetable is effective immediately and will remain in place throughout Ramazan 2025. All government schools across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are required to implement the new schedule.

Consequent upon approval of the Competent Authority, following schedule for school timing for the Holy Month of Ramazan (March-2025) will be observed in the Government schools in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province with immediate effect:

Note: School-closing timing for Friday in the Holy Month of Ramazan for Primary Schools is 10:05 AM and for Middle, High and Higher Secondary Schools is 10:25 AM till 5th period and break may not be observed.
