Jashn-e-STEAM Punjab 2025: Empowering Students for a Future in STEAM:
The Government of Punjab, School Education Department, is pleased to announce the launch of Jashn-e-STEAM Punjab 2025, an exciting initiative aimed at fostering innovation, creativity, and scientific curiosity among students of Middle and High/Higher Secondary Schools. Organized by the STEAM Policy Unit Punjab in collaboration with the Pak Alliance for Maths and Science (PAMS) Welfare Trust, this competition represents a golden opportunity for students and schools participating in the STEAM Pakistan program to showcase their talent and critical thinking skills.
This competition will include a series of engaging rounds such as the School Round, District Round, and culminate in the Provincial Event, which is set to take place in Lahore on February 13, 2025. Schools that have reached Level 2 in the STEAM Pakistan program by January 24, 2025, are eligible to participate, encouraging a sense of achievement and growth among the participating schools. The timeline ensures an organized and efficient rollout of activities, beginning with submissions by school head-teachers on January 24, progressing to the selection of district winners by February 3, and concluding with the final winners by February 6, 2025. The School Education Department emphasizes the significance of this initiative in inspiring students to explore the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM). This endeavor not only aligns with the government’s vision for an innovative future but also provides a platform to recognize and celebrate the intellectual potential of Punjab’s youth.                              I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to enclose herewith letter dated 31.12.2024 received from Lead, STEM Policy Unit (Punjab), Pak Alliance for Maths and Science (Welfare Trust) alongwith enclosures whereby it has been intimated that STEAM Policy Unit Punjab launching Jashn-e-STEAM Punjab 2025 competition for all Middle & High / Higher Secondary Schools who are registered in the STEAM Pakistan program and reached at Level 2 by 24th January 2025. The competition will consist of the school Round, District Round & Provincial Event. The timeline of the competitions is as under:

2.                          I am further directed to request you to coordinate and facilitate the PAMS-STEAM team for smooth conduct of Jashn-e-STEAM Punjab 2025 programme as well as direct all the heads of concerned Middle & High / Higher Secondary Schools to ensure participation of heads/students in aforementioned competition as per timelines.
