Ministry of Religious Affairs Announces Hajj Training Program with Boy Scouts Assistance–Official Notification Issued

Government of Pakistan Requests Boy Scouts for Hajj 2025 Training Programme:

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony (Directorate of Hajj), Multan has officially issued a notification requesting the provision of eight (08) Boy Scouts to assist in the Hajj Training Programme 2025. This initiative is aimed at providing comprehensive guidance to intending pilgrims to ensure they perform Hajj rituals smoothly and in accordance with Islamic teachings.

The Government of Pakistan is committed to enhancing the Hajj experience by ensuring proper training on Manasik-e-Hajj (Hajj rituals) and administrative affairs at the district and tehsil levels. Master Trainers, approved by the Ministry, will lead these sessions, ensuring that each pilgrim is well-informed about boarding, lodging, and essential procedures during their sacred journey.

To support the pilgrims, Boy Scouts will be deputed at designated training venues in Vehari and Burewala as per the following schedule:

• District Council Hall, Vehari – 13^th February 2025
• Govt. MC Model High School, Burewala – 14^th February 2025

The role of Boy Scouts will be to assist and facilitate the pilgrims during these sessions. Their participation in this noble cause will ensure a well-organized and smooth training process. Please find the official notification below:

SUBJECT:             PROVSION OF BOYS SCOUTS FOR HAJJ TRAINING PROGRAMME,

                              By the grace of Almighty Allah the Hajj Operation, 2025 has been started and the arrangements for the facilitation of Hujjaj-e-Karam are under process. The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan has laid special emphasis for extending maximum assistance and guidance to the intending pilgrims during their journey to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Apart from making boarding and lodging of pilgrims comfortable, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony (Directorate of Hajil) Multan has also chalked out a comprehensive training programme on Manasik-e-Hajj and Administrative affairs at District/Tehsil level. During these training sessions, Master Trainers approved by the Ministry will highlight administrative matters and Manasik-e-Hajj in detail so that the intending pilgrims could perform each ritual according to the laid down teachings of Quran and Sunnah.
