Appointment & Payment Policy for Practical Examiners Revised by BISE Gujranwala:
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Gujranwala, has issued a notification on 25th January 2025 in regard to the appointment and remuneration of practical examiners for both the SSC and Intermediate levels. As per the decision made in the Board’s meeting on 28th December 2024 (Item No. 22), the Board has approved a policy that allows the appointment of female teachers and the senior-most male teachers as practical examiners within areas located less than 17 kilometers away. Additionally, the policy permits the change of zones based on the needs of the Board. In terms of remuneration, the Board has decided to pay practical examiners a fixed lump-sum amount, rather than the traditional travel allowance (T.A) and daily allowance (D.A). This adjustment aims to streamline the process and ensure that practical examinations are conducted efficiently while also compensating examiners fairly for their efforts. Notification Describes;

It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the Board in its meeting held on 28-12-2024 vide item No. 22, has allowed the office to appoint and facilitate the female teachers & senior most male teachers as Practical Examiners within the areas less than 17 km with the change of zone as per need along with permission to make them payment of fixed/lump sum remuneration instead of T.A/D.A as given below :-
