FBISE Introduces Flexible Policy for SSC & HSSC Subject Improvement:
The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has announced an important update regarding subject improvement for SSC and HSSC students. According to the latest notification, students are now allowed to improve their subjects within four years with multiple attempts, provided they have not obtained a higher qualification within that period.
This decision follows the IBCC Notification No.F.7-1/2007-IBCC/Imp/170/04/20221 dated 15-11-2021, which aims to provide greater academic flexibility to students. Under this policy, even previous students who have not yet completed four years or passed a higher qualification can take advantage of this rule.
This policy change will be highly beneficial for students who wish to enhance their academic performance and secure better career opportunities. NOTIFICATION
In pursuance to IBCC Notification No.F.7-1/2007-IBCC/Imp/170/04/20221 dated 15-11-2021, it is notified for information and further necessary action of all concerned that the students of SSC/HSSC and equivalent qualification are allowed to improve subject (s) within four years with multiple chances before obtaining higher qualifications. The previous years students having SSC/HSSC and equivalent qualification and who have neither passed higher examinations nor completed four years, may also take benefit from this policy.
