Subject: PROMOTION OF OFFICIALS OF ZAKAT & USER OF WING OF AUQAF, RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS, ZAKAT & USER DEPARTMENT, GOVERNMENT OF SINDH
l am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that meeting of Departmental Promotion Committee is likely to convene to consider Promotion of the following posts:-

2.               However, a separate list is required along with the requisite documents ONLY those Accounts Clerk (BPS-07) who possess the short hand certificate and willing to opt the promotion to the post of Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14) instead of Assistant (BPS-16).
3.      Accordingly, you are requested to obtained the following documents from the incumbents and furnish to this department so that the eligible incumbent may be consider on seniority cum fitness basis.
i. PERs/ ACRs for the last five years.
ii. No Dues Certificate
iii. No Enquiry Certificate
iv. No Disciplinary Proceeding Certificate
v. No Court Case Certificate
vi. Option Form (for promotion to the post of Jr. Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)
