No. So(CAB)I-645/2024/S&GAD/ 196-236. In pursuance of the decision of the Provincial Cabinet in its meeting held on 8^thJanuary, 2024 vide agenda items No. 21 & 22, the Government of Balochistan is pleased to constitute the following committee to examine cases of regularization of contractual employees of departments in the light of relevant rules of the respective department and judgements of the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan: –

1. Secretary Law & Parliamentary Affairs, Government of Baluchistan.            Chairman

2. Advocate General Balochistan.                                                                   Member.

3. Additional Secretary (Regulation), S&GAD, Government of Baluchistan.   Member.

4. Additional Secretary, Law, Government of Balochistan.                             Member/Secretary.

5. Additional Secretary (Regulation), Finance, Government of Balochistan. Member.

6. Representative of concerned department.                                                     Member.

7. Any co-opted member.                                                                                 Member.

2.                          The committee shall he consider the cases and compile its report for submission before the Provincial Cabinet through Services & General Administration Department.
