Subject: DISTRIBUTION OF TABLETS TO PRIMARY_SCHOOLS TEACHERS IN THE PUNJAB

2. PMIU-PESRP is implementing the GPE-funded “TALEEM” Programme, wherein, tablets for standalone primary schools have been provided as part of CPD support for Primary School Teachers (PSTs). Tablets have already been delivered at designated focal points of your respective district.
3. The designated Focal Persons, already notified, are responsible for coordination, and to ensure timely distribution of tablets among primary schools. Guidelines and protocols regarding distribution of tablets to primary schools have already been issued ode PMIU’s letter No. I&C/TALEEM/PESRP/2023/27838 dated 20.11.2023 (copy enclosed).
4. In view of the above, it is requested to start distribution of tablets to primary
schools from 23rdMay, 2024 as per attached list of schools in accordance with the guidelines. All codal formalities must be ensured during distribution of tablets to primary schools and distribution activity must be completed A the earliest. All relevant Forms for Handing Over of tablets to schools must be maintained for onward submission to PMIU-PESRP.
